The task was to develop a rebranding concept for a wine brand. I chose San Mondello, a Venice-based label known for offering affordable wines.
CONCEPT
The new design feels vibrant, playful, and youthful—targeting a younger audience. The new brand claim, "Wine for everyone," is flexible and adaptable: Wine for every day, wine for every place, wine for every taste…
Inspired by traditional Italian shop signs, I designed a custom geometric stencil typeface that gives the brand a distinctive visual identity. This typeface functions not only in text but also as a modular design system—appearing as patterns, icons, or illustrations on the packaging—creating a cohesive and memorable presence.
